SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Mail: $7.00 (5-7 business days)

USPS Expedited mail: $30.00 (2-3 business days)

 

Available shipping methods for international orders include: 

Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)

United Kingdom - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

Please note that Elle Mari ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Elle Mari and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Elle Mari, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Elle Mari is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

 

RETURN POLICY

There are no refunds. Store credit only. 

  • You have 7 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. 
  • Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, Holiday, flash sale, and sale items are FINAL SALE. To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a credit one time, that item is now final sale.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a gift card via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.
